Does it have a taste? What does it taste like? Is there anything you can compare the taste to other than kale?
If you put Bilal's EasyKale in smoothies or sauces you generally won't taste it, but if you try it straight, it does have a taste. It's not as bitter as kale—some people describe the taste more like parsley or a green lettuce. If you add it to a dip for instance -- onion dip or guacamole -- you can get a pleasant sort of "green" taste from it.

On the bottle, why does it say “consuming with alcohol may increase alcohol intoxication”?
Thanks for your inquiry! We aren't really sure why it happens to some people, but we put a warning on the label because many customers reported such an effect and we wanted to warn people in case they plan on driving or operating any kind of heavy machinery. Normally 1 glass of wine doesn't affect most people but after repeated use of EasyKale it may make people tipsier than anticipated.

I don't see an expiration date. When does it expire?
The product is shelf stable for 2 years. So for those products ordered in the last month, the expiration date is: May 23, 2021. Once the seal is broken, it is best to use within 60 days.
The product is light sensitive and to control for humidity, once opened it is best to store in a dark, cool, dry place. Your fridge would be a pretty solid bet.

Thank you both EM and Chevybum for responding. We apologize, we actually had the nutrition facts uploaded, but apparently there is some glitch where it is not showing. We are working to get it corrected. As stated by other customers, our Vit K is 144mcg at 120% DV and Vit C is 7mg at 8% DV Stay amazing!!!
